MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA
Give the press room a complete job ticket before the job reaches the floor
We organise customer orders into job tickets with stock, colour, finishing, and delivery details, so the press room can see what it needs on one sheet.
MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA (owner: Kosei Izumida) is a Japan-based AI organisation. We work on site as Forward Deployed Engineers and turn the paperwork and spreadsheets people use today into a mechanism that works.
Ask about this workflow
Order emails, web form entries, past tickets, stock and finishing lists
Tickets in your layout, a list of missing details, a question to send for each gap
How we proceed
- Share ten recent customer orders and the job ticket your press room already uses.
- We agree which fields must be filled in before a job can start.
- We prepare tickets from those orders and ask the press room which ones would have been ready to run.
- We adjust the missing-information list so fewer jobs need a callback before production.
The problem on site
Customer orders arrive by email or web form, with paper type, size, colour, finishing, and delivery details scattered through the message. If something is missing, the press room has to stop and ask, while someone goes back through the order to find the answer.
What the MIRAI FDE can do
We read the order and fill in your existing job ticket with the stock, quantity, size, colour, finishing, and delivery date that were provided. Anything the customer did not specify is listed as a question to resolve before the ticket reaches production.
Common questions
- Does it quote prices?
- No. Pricing stays with your staff. We only organise the production details for the job ticket.
- What about artwork files?
- We can record which artwork file belongs with each order, but we do not edit the artwork itself.

Scope and boundaries
We do not send questions to customers on our own. Pricing, contracts, and final decisions rest with the owner.
Send a sample input and a short description of the current flow, and we will tell you what is in scope.
